Whoa, you don't know...

The last couple of months have been a bit shall we say hectic.
And the last couple of days have been a minor explosion at the juncture of my personal and professional lives. Nothing bad, just a little kind of good kind of explosion.
Now my brain needs a rest.
Fortunately, within 24 hours, we'll be in Wonderland.
So regular service will probably resume in a week's time.

Meanwhile, here's one for the moment:

The Shape I'm In
Guilty Pleasures
(David Gans, Klyph Black, Rob Barraco, Barry Sless, Adam Perry)
McKinleyville, CA, May 06, 2005

Enjoy.

Was going to mention it the last time as well...that these 'minor explosions' have been showing up in your posts too. And I mean that in a good way :-)

Have a good time, pal...I'll be looking closely for the hat. And I had better be able to spot you :-)

I've tried to keep this one off the page, but hey, maybe the ink turns out to be invisible, right?

And as for having a good time, you bet I'll try... look for the hat!

And I'm off!

i was there, man! but our seats were in a stand, nicely in the shade. i got plied with drinks by my neighbors and a great time was had by all (except the poor bozos in blue out on the field -- losers!)

sudo phish:
yup, it was me, down there. had a complete ball. i gave the talk as well, and it was great. it was a highly formal affair (i'd had no idea -- i'd thought it was just a seminar) with opening remarks by the depatrment chair, closing remarks by the dean, and a vote of thanks, and s got a huge bouquet and i got a lovely leather bag and a t-shirt to take home. was wonderful!

mt:
yes i am, let's!
